Terms of Use
These terms apply to your use of Aviaro, an iPhone app for FPV and RC flight readiness, weather checks, saved flying spots, flight logging, and battery tracking.
Acceptance
By using Aviaro, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app or submit information through the support form.
Flight Safety
Aviaro provides planning information only. Flight scores, weather readings, saved locations, battery records, and recommendations are not safety guarantees. You are responsible for checking current conditions, following local laws and site rules, and deciding whether it is safe and legal to fly.
Your Data And Content
You are responsible for the spots, notes, flights, battery records, and photos you add to Aviaro. Do not add content that is unlawful, invasive, harmful, or that you do not have permission to store.
Aviaro's current app data is local-first and stored on your device. Support form submissions are stored in Firebase Realtime Database for later review.
Acceptable Use
- Do not misuse the support form, attempt to overload it, or submit misleading requests.
- Do not try to access support requests or systems that are not made public.
- Do not use Aviaro as a replacement for pilot judgment, official weather sources, or legal requirements.
Third-Party Services
Aviaro may rely on iOS services, Apple WeatherKit, Open-Meteo, Firebase Hosting, and Firebase Realtime Database. Third-party services can change, become unavailable, or return incomplete or inaccurate data.
No Warranty
Aviaro is provided as is and as available. To the extent allowed by law, no warranties are made about uninterrupted availability, data accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose, or safe flight outcomes.
Limitation Of Liability
To the extent allowed by law, Aviaro is not liable for losses, damages, injuries, regulatory issues, missed flights, equipment damage, or decisions made based on app information.
Changes And Support
These terms may be updated when Aviaro changes. The effective date at the top of this page shows when this version took effect. For questions, use the Support page.
